Maria Silva
Maria is a London based artist who creates abstract and vibrant paintings in mixed media. She draws her inspiration from the richness of colour and light in nature and contemporary architecture. She has exhibited in many galleries in England and abroad, and her work has been sold to private collectors. She is a member of Thames-Side Studios and of the Greenwich Open Studios with whom she exibites regularly.
l am an artist based in London working on abstract painting, reflecting the environmental issues of today. I make use of mixed media techniques expressing the intense colours and contrasting light of the places I have visited.
